Our task for this client is to market the Walk and make it attractive to customers and tenants alike. Our strategy focuses on bringing in new tenants to empty units along the Walk, but also helping to market the current tenants to local customers.

From building a website and managing social media to working with tenants to draft press releases and photograph the Walk this is a varied and 360 degree marketing approach.

We have generated over 200 leads of prospective tenants since beginning in 2020.
